• $45/month for Internet service only, or $40/month for customers who also purchase any retail Cable TV service from CFU. If your cable TV is paid for by your landlord or other third party, you do not qualify for the $5 discount.
• An always-on cable modem connection, with maximum download speed of 8,000 kilobits per second (kbps) and maximum upload speed of 512 kbps. Actual connection speeds vary with network traffic and other factors.

• Product support by phone or e-mail from our local Help Desk 7 days a week at no extra charge.
• Up to six e-mail accounts are included at the time of installation, accessible both on your home computer and through the worldwide web from any computer, anywhere. Each CFU e-mail account has 7 gigabytes of free storage space.
• Wireless access at CFU hotspots in Cedar Falls
• Up to 16 computers or Internet-enabled devices can be connected in your home.
• Optional virus protection and spam filtering are available to CFU Internet customers at no extra charge.
