No Picture - Black or
Blue Screen

Verify power to outlet works |

Verify the red button on
the digital cable box is lit. If not, check
power button on the digital box. |

Check the power to the TV

Verify that your VCR is
on Channel 3. |
All Snow on One TV

Make sure the cables tightly connected. |

Verify that the TV on channel 3 |

Has equipment been moved? |

There may be outage in your area. |

If landscaping is being done, a cable

Verify volume is turned up. |

Verify mute is not on your TV or digital

Check if your digital box is on SAP mode
using the settings button on your remote

If no program timer is set up or no program
is being taped, press exit on the remote
to remove. |
TV Screen Show That
Digital Box is Updating

Wait for the time to show on the display
on the front of the digital box. The digital
box should then work. |

Information on programs are being filled
in and new program listings are being updated. |

Press "C" button to get the
correct program and current time. |
Ghosting or Double Images
